Custodial Area Supervisor

Oversee janitorial operations across 7-9 school locations by directly supervising Shift Leads, conducting inspections via WinTeam, and resolving operational issues. Evaluate training effectiveness and deliver targeted instruction on floor care and project cleaning to address performance gaps. Serve as the primary point of contact for unresolved concerns, maintain certifications as a project specialist, and support staffing needs across assigned sites. Travel frequently between locations to ensure service continuity, monitor supply requirements, and maintain positive relationships with school staff. Requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced educational environments.
