Job Summary
Execute club-wide cleaning operations and assist with major maintenance outages as assigned. Inspect equipment to ensure dependability, making repair recommendations based on maintenance history and machine life expectancy. Maintain communication with supervisors regarding mechanical or personal issues and attend prescribed departmental training. Provide a member-experience-first environment for all guests while adhering to scheduled shifts. Report directly to the Facilities Director with no supervisory responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and proficiently speak and communicate in English with both guests as well as other RAC personnel
- Physical Strength: Required to perform duties while standing for an extended period of time
- Average Communication: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately and quickly
- Average Visual Abilities: Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery
- Average Hearing: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization. Able to interpret various instructions
- Being on time and reporting for all your scheduled shifts
- Provide a 'Member Experience First' for all members and guests
