Job Summary
Seasoned Curtainwall Consultant at a multidisciplinary architectural/engineering/construction firm focused on leading the design and technical development of high-performance curtain wall systems for Bay Area or Orange County projects. Responsibilities include guiding design and development, ensuring NFRC/ICC/compliance with codes for structural/thermal performance, conducting site assessments and on-site support, coordinating with architects/contractors/internal teams to translate requirements into technical specifications, and delivering AIA-certified seminars on curtain wall innovations. Requires 10+ years of curtain wall design/consulting experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
