Job Summary
Maintain and control all Course Control Documents (CCD's) for assigned courses, including annual reviews with the Training OPR and ensuring reproduction is advised when instructor requests arise. Review CCD's developed by other instructors for format, applicability, and compliance with RSAF directives, while advising and coordinating with personnel on new course development and updates. Correspond with other bases and RSAF HQ/DAT regarding course matters and maintain a master copy of all course documents. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, this role requires understanding RSAF Manual 105-31 requirements and working knowledge of technical training forms. This position supports the ITAR approved and licensed program for curriculum specialists across various locations in the Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience working as a curriculum specialist
- At least 2 years of experience in course development
- Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate, both orally and written, with personnel at all levels
- Experience working in all areas of curriculum
- Working knowledge of technical training forms
