Job Summary
Coach and provide professional development to partnering school districts on math instruction and curriculum design. Support instructional innovation and assessment strategies while addressing diverse learning needs. Deliver county-wide leadership to build district capacity for high-quality math instruction through collaboration with teachers, administrators, and stakeholders. Requires a Master's degree in curriculum or a related field, expertise in math coaching, and successful experience as a staff developer or mentor. This role supports the Butler County Educational Service Center's mission to enhance educational outcomes across the region.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's Degree from an accredited educational institution in curriculum or a related area
- Expertise in Math instruction and curriculum coaching
- Successful experience as a staff developer, coach or mentor
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with a variety of teachers, administrators and other stakeholders
- Understanding of effective teaching and learning principles for meeting the diverse learning needs of students
- Evidence of and a commitment to professional growth
- Must pass criminal background checks and be free from communicable disease
