Job Summary
Lead the review, refinement, and enrichment of AI-generated curriculum within the LMS, ensuring accuracy, standards-aligned content, and pedagogical quality. Act as the gatekeeper for curriculum revisions and LMS software updates, maintain consistent voice and structure across courses, collaborate with subject matter experts, map content to standards for reporting/compliance, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Support onboarding and training of staff on curriculum tools, processes, and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Instructional Design, or closely related field
- 5+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or related educational role
- Understanding of CTE programs, career readiness frameworks, or industry-aligned education
- Strong understanding of state academic and CTE standards alignment processes
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and educational technology tools
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
