Job Summary
Develop comprehensive curriculum within the Instructional System Development process, covering planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Create and manage Course Control Documents including Course Synopses, Training Standards, and Instructional Plans. Produce training support materials such as presentation displays and student resources while designing assessment and evaluation strategies. Collaborate with clients, management, curriculum staff, and Subject Matter Experts to deliver services and products. Requires extensive experience in curriculum development, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Access, and knowledge of RSAF and USF training systems. Positions available at various locations throughout the Kingdom with shared accommodations and transportation provided.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum extensive 5 years in documented experience working in a curriculum development position providing services and products
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft office including (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and skills in Microsoft's Access and Project desirable
- Multimedia skills highly desirable
- Knowledge of RSAF and USF training systems and manuals, learning theories including those of Gagne and Bloom, computer training (CBT) theory and models
