Job Summary
Oversee daily delivery of programs in Colombia by planning schedules, monitoring attendance, and resolving learner issues on engagement and assessment. Manage a portfolio of cohorts to ensure targets for course completion and job readiness are met while maintaining the Learning Management System content and frameworks. Collaborate with instructors to onboard and upskill them, facilitating professional development communities and evaluating training data to identify support needs. Analyze program data to drive interventions and document instructional best practices for country and global teams. This 12-month fixed-term remote role, starting August 2026, requires a Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of education program management experience, and fluency in Spanish and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field with a solid academic record
- 1-3 years of work experience leading and managing education related programs
- Fluent Spanish
- advanced written and spoken English
- Experience managing relationships and communicating with diverse stakeholders, such as training delivery partners, donors, or employers
- Interest or experience in providing coaching or professional development to adults and/or instructors to meet targeted goals for performance
- Experience in using a Learner Management System (LMS) or equivalent and analysing the data to draw conclusions and plan strategically

Desired Qualifications
