Job Summary
Ambassador of happiness and curriculum leadership responsible for guiding educators, ensuring program quality, and upholding brand standards across The Learning Experience centers. Role includes staffing support, staff development planning, monthly training using provided content, classroom observations, coaching for employee retention, and addressing parent and staff concerns. Also supports enrollment marketing, social media engagement, customer reviews, family engagement strategies, and alignment with budget/EBITDA goals, while maintaining health, safety, and licensing compliance; collaborates with Center Director to ensure high-quality instruction and operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership, curriculum management, and people leadership experience
- State-specific Administrative or Director credential
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules
- Background screening, health, and safety training requirements
