Job Summary
Support center leadership by fostering a high-performing team through monthly staff development meetings, strategic problem-solving, and clear coaching to ensure retention and accountability. Drive enrollment and family engagement by executing marketing plans, managing social media, securing reviews, and facilitating biannual family conferences. Uphold brand standards and safety by conducting monthly classroom observations, ensuring full compliance with licensing and curriculum requirements, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Contribute to profitability by managing budgets, inventory, and resource needs while delivering quality student assessments. Operate autonomously to support staff, families, and business operations within The Learning Experience.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership, curriculum management, and people leadership experience
- At least one year of center leadership, curriculum management, and people leadership experience
- State-specific Administrative or Director credential
- Meeting all applicable state guidelines for the role
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
- Meeting all applicable background screening requirements
- Meeting all applicable health training requirements
- Meeting all applicable safety training requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership, curriculum management, and people leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field
