Join The Learning Experience as Curriculum Director, acting as an ambassador of happiness and partnering with the Center Director to ensure joyful, safe, high-performing classrooms that meet brand standards and instructional quality. Responsibilities include helping to staff centers with well-trained teachers, maintaining a high-quality teaching team, documenting monthly staff development meetings, applying strategic thinking and problem-solving, coaching for employee retention and accountability, addressing parent and staff concerns, supporting enrollment and family engagement through marketing and social media, securing positive customer reviews, ensuring teachers use parent communication tools, contributing to center profitability and budget goals, maintaining health, safety, and licensing compliance, sustaining a well-organized center environment, applying the curriculum and brand standards, ensuring quality classroom interactions and assessments, conducting classroom observations and formal family conferences, managing inventory, and taking initiative to operate autonomously in support of staff, families, and operations.
