Job Summary
Curriculum Directors are ambassadors of happiness who guide educators and champion excellence in every classroom, ensuring brand standards, instructional quality, and operational effectiveness—partnering with the Center Director to maintain a fully staffed, well-trained teaching team; conducting monthly staff development meetings using provided content; driving enrollment and family engagement; posting engaging social content and securing positive reviews; maintaining compliance with health, safety, licensing standards, and curriculum integration; and overseeing classroom success through observations, materials management, and timely family conferences.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership, curriculum management, and people leadership experience highly preferred. At least one year required.
- Must possess state-specific Administrative or Director credential and meet all applicable state guidelines for the role.
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
- Must meet all applicable background screening, health, and safety training requirements.
