Job Summary
Lead curriculum development, refinement, and alignment across grade levels to ensure clarity, coherence, and quality. Support teacher development through coaching, modeling, co-planning, and feedback cycles while strengthening assessment practices to monitor student learning. Develop and maintain curriculum documentation including guides, pacing, and essential outcomes to support sustainability and onboarding. Collaborate with school leadership on instructional priorities, teacher support plans, and school-wide improvement goals. Teach or model lessons strategically as needed to support instructional improvement and teacher development. Build and maintain a team of financial supporters through regular communication and updates. This role strengthens curriculum coherence and teacher capacity within LJI's South Asia school, which implements research-backed educational methods to prepare students as independent thinkers and difference makers.
Required Qualifications
- Mature Christian faith

- Passion for justice and advocacy on behalf of vulnerable populations
- Alignment with LJI's mission and values
- Bachelor's degree
- Significant experience in teaching and/or instructional leadership
