Job Summary
Evaluate and understand the current state of over 45 educational programs to identify improvement opportunities and curricular updates. Design, develop, and optimize high-quality educational materials, including lessons, unit plans, assessments, and instructional guides, ensuring alignment with educational standards and learning objectives. Organize and maintain curricular content within a structured content management system using Google Drive and Smartsheet while integrating ongoing feedback from multiple stakeholders. Design and support the delivery of Professional Development materials to strengthen the national instructor network and collaborate with the Program Success team to define performance indicators. Contribute to the standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement of the overall educational experience within a rapidly growing U.S.-based EdTech company.
Required Qualifications
- Professional background in Education or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or similar roles
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace
