Job Summary
Draft detailed lesson-level outlines using GenAI tools to build Codio lessons, labs, and assessments aligned with the EXIN/EPI CDCP exam. Iterate on content based on feedback from the Content Developer and Learning Designer, then audit existing material to ensure accuracy and industry relevance. Collaborate on peer reviews and participate in weekly meetings to align on decisions before deploying finalized content on the Codio platform. This part-time contract runs 3-5 months with 10-15 hours per week, subject to change based on program needs and consultant capacity.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of combined experience in curriculum development
- 3+ years of experience as a curriculum developer, instructional designer, or adult educator
- Hands-on familiarity/expertise with GenAI tools (e.g., Claude) for content drafting and iteration
- Strong grounding in adult learning theory and learning experience design principles
- Strong knowledge of instructional design frameworks (e.g., backward design, Bloom's Taxonomy) and assessment writing
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly
- Ability to perform industry and domain research and incorporate new topics into varied curricula
- Ability to actively listen to feedback from learners and subject matter experts for continuous improvement
- Comfortable working remotely, independently, and self-motivated to succeed
