Job Summary
Curriculum Developer and LMS Specialist responsible for designing cohesive learning pathways and managing the LMS (D2L Brightspace). Drive LMS infrastructure management, course creation, user setup, progress tracking, dashboards and analytics, and collaboration with curriculum partners. Develop and evaluate curricula aligned to program goals and partner needs, ensuring accessibility and user-friendly delivery. Partner with AI Enablement Lead to explore integrating AI tools into learning design and delivery, and oversee evaluation metrics and feedback loops to measure learning outcomes. This role combines strategic curriculum development with hands-on LMS administration, focusing on scalable learning experiences for Scholars and alignment with corporate partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms
- Minimum 3 years of curriculum development, implementation, and/or instructional design experience
- Experience in education and/or EdTech environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of learner-centered design and best practices in teaching and learning
- Experience designing and managing evaluation metrics and feedback loops for learning outcomes
- Experience leading projects for a mid-sized team or organization (preferred)
- Experience in startup or fast-growth environments with ambiguity (preferred)
