Job Summary
Conduct research and collaborate with educators, subject experts, policymakers, and professionals to develop quality curricula and learning resources. Establish feasible time frames for curriculum goals, create stimulating lesson plans, and develop digital resources to optimize classroom and ongoing learning. Produce supplementary teacher and student guides, collect feedback from students and clients, and monitor student progress to make relevant changes. Set up formal and informal assessments to gauge curriculum effectiveness while collaborating with writers, graphic designers, and web designers on new learning materials. This role supports a dynamic, growth-focused tech startup in Silicon Valley with a passion for education and cutting-edge software tools.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in education, or a related discipline
- Strong digital and research skills
- Excellent collaboration, and written and verbal communication skills
- Great networking and interpersonal abilities
- Strong planning skills, vision, and creative intelligence
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferable
