Curriculum Coordinator

The Curriculum Coordinator will lead and support the early childhood education program by overseeing curriculum implementation across classrooms, coaching teachers in lesson planning and best practices, ensuring curriculum compliance with state standards, and monitoring classroom environments. Key responsibilities include reviewing lesson plans, using child assessments to guide instruction, planning school-wide learning themes, maintaining organized curriculum materials, and leading teacher trainings. Candidates must have experience in early childhood education, strong knowledge of child development, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
