Job Summary
Curriculum and Assessment Designer to lead Mathematics curriculum alignment with BNCC and international curricula; develop authentic and formative assessments; support planning and collaboration using backward design to create meaningful units focused on mathematical modeling, data interpretation, and interdisciplinary problem-solving; collaborate with teachers, observe classes, and provide feedback; design PD sessions on active learning, formative assessment, equity in mathematics education, and interdisciplinary teaching; contribute to school-wide educational projects, engage with families, and support cross-cutting themes such as sustainability, technology, and diversity; require a Mathematics degree, strong knowledge of educational technologies, and experience in curriculum planning, instructional design, and teacher coaching; familiarity with international curricula (IB, Cambridge) is highly desirable; be ready to step into teaching roles when needed and contribute to innovation efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics
- Experience in curriculum planning
- Instructional design experience
- Teacher coaching
- Experience in leading professional development workshops
- Familiarity with active learning methodologies (e.g., problem-based learning, inquiry-based learning)
- Experience with international curricula (e.g., IB, Cambridge) is highly desirable
- Certifications or technical courses in education or mathematics teaching
