Job Summary
Junior Maintenance Technician role focusing on Indoor Cleaning, Outdoor Grounds Maintenance, and General Maintenance for PJ Morgan Real Estate. Responsibilities include completing residential/commercial cleaning (unit turns, floors, surfaces, restrooms, trash), outdoor tasks (weeding, watering plants, debris removal, snow removal), safety inspections, coordinating with Maintenance Manager, setting up/breaking down event spaces, and assisting with repairs and equipment maintenance.
