Job Summary
1:1 Virtual Coffee Chats with RBI employees as part of RBI’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and graduating between Dec 2027 and Jul 2028. Learn about rotating across RBI’s global brands (Burger King, Popeyes, Tim Hortons, Firehouse Subs), the LDP structure from onboarding to rotations, and post-program opportunities. Selected candidates will submit a CV to be considered for a coffee chat scheduled July 13–August 14, 2026 via Microsoft Teams. The program highlights experiences from launching digital campaigns to optimizing supply chains and driving innovation in restaurant tech, and aims to connect early-career talents with a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment across RBI’s brands.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and expected to graduate between December 2027 and July 2028
- Interest in 2027 Summer Internships across Marketing, Finance, Development, Operations or Technology
