Job Summary
Prepare, install, and oversee the deployment of Cured-In-Place (CIPP) liners into pipes using specialized equipment, including robotic cutters and other trenchless machinery. Conduct thorough inspections of pipeline conditions before and after installation to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. Assist in operating curing equipment, perform manual excavation and hand digging, and install small-diameter pipeline construction. Identify and resolve technical issues during the curing process to prevent delays while maintaining quality standards. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspection results. Operate and tow company vehicles and trailers in accordance with safety regulations. Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure a safe work environment. Work closely with leads, team members, and other technicians to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications
- hands-on experience in pipelining, trenchless, or Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining
- confidence working with specialized equipment
- understanding of the full CIPP and pipe lining process
- safety-focused mindset
- ability to consistently follow company policies, industry standards, and environmental regulations
- physical capability to perform demanding work including lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, and handling extended periods of physical activity
- ability to quickly identify issues and take corrective action to keep projects on track
- ability to communicate clearly and work well with managers, team members, and other technicians
- ability to accurately document work performed, materials used, and inspection results
- ability to take ownership of work and represent the Company professionally on every job site
- ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- ability to bend, climb stairs/ladders, perform repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
- ability to drive and sit for long periods of time
- ability to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling
- ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
