Curbside Shopper

This role fulfills online curbside orders and drives customer loyalty at the curbside pick-up area by delivering fast, friendly, and accurate order fulfillment and payment collection. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive relationship with customers and team members, responding to questions and needs, resolving complaints with leadership, processing workflow from the dashboard, selecting products per standards, bagging per guidelines, storing products safely in the staging area following food safety guidelines, greeting customers, handling payments, maintaining a clean work environment, and performing other duties as assigned.
