Job Summary
Curbside order fulfillment and payment collection for online orders at Meijer’s curbside pickup. Responsibilities include providing fast, friendly, accurate service; maintaining positive relationships with customers and team members; resolving complaints by escalating to leadership; handling dashboard-guided workflow and daily order fulfillment; selecting products and bagging per standards; storing products per food safety guidelines; greeting customers and processing payments to ensure an easy shopping experience; keeping the work area clean and organized. Requires afternoon/evening availability, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of store experience preferred, cashier experience preferred, tech adaptability, strong communication, food safety awareness, and detail orientation.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of experience in a Meijer store preferred
- Past cashier experience preferred
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong communication skills
- General awareness of food safety regulations
- Detail oriented and organized
- Process driven and ability to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way
