Curbside Express Lead

Administer team members' workload, conduct guest transactions at curbside, and communicate discrepancies while bagging and storing orders. Provide customer service that exceeds requirements for internal and external guests, respond to product inquiries, and schedule team members to delegate assignments. Oversee training, conduct daily huddles, monitor ordering, and develop merchandising plans to build the store's product assortment. Utilize tools to reduce shrink, pass audits, and comply with the collective bargaining agreement. Maintain safety priorities, handle products per food safety guidelines, and act as backup for other grocery lead positions. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
