Curbside Express Lead

Administer team members' workload, conduct guest transactions at curbside, and communicate discrepancies while bagging and storing orders. Provide coaching and feedback, oversee training, and attend daily huddles to support the Asst. Guest Service Team Leader. Schedule team members, delegate assignments, and develop merchandising plans using company guidelines. Respond to guest calls regarding product inquiries and special orders, ensuring compliance with the collective bargaining agreement and internal audits. Maintain safety as the top priority, properly handle products in accordance with food safety guidelines, and actively participate in an environment embracing diversity and inclusion. Work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
