Curbside Express Lead

Administer team members' workloads, conduct guest transactions at curbside, and communicate discrepancies to ensure orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members while scheduling assignments and attending daily huddles. Oversee department orders, supervise stocking and receiving, and develop merchandising plans to build the store's product assortment. Respond to guest calls regarding product inquiries and special orders, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and collective bargaining agreements. Maintain safety as the top priority for team members, guests, and products while actively participating in diversity and inclusion initiatives. Be willing to back up other grocery lead positions and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
