Job Summary
Drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by providing fast, friendly, and accurate order fulfillment and payment collection at the curbside pick-up area. Receive workflow from a dashboard, utilize the selection process to bag products following standards, and store items correctly in the staging area per food safety guidelines. Greet each customer, resolve complaints by contacting leadership when needed, and maintain a clean, neat work environment while presenting a courteous attitude in person and on the phone.
