Drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by providing remarkable service at the curbside pick-up area with fast, friendly, and accurate order fulfillment and payment collection. Receive workflow from the dashboard and fulfill orders for the day, utilizing the selection process to bag products appropriately following bagging standards. Store product correctly in the staging area following food safety guidelines, maintain a clean and neat work environment, and greet each customer to ensure an easy shopping experience. Resolve customer complaints quickly by contacting leadership when needed. This role supports Meijer's mission to serve people and communities as a multi-billion dollar retailer operating over 270 stores across six states.
