Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning and trash removal throughout the community while physically inspecting properties to ensure hallways, common areas, garages, and parking lots remain clean, neat, and orderly. Perform general labor tasks including grounds maintenance, janitorial duties, and maintenance support as needed. Travel to other properties within the region and work weekends as required. This role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent standing, walking, and climbing stairs. Required Qualifications
- Experience in janitorial, porter, landscaping, golf course maintenance, gardening, grounds maintenance, general labor
- Ability to lift, push and pull and carry up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable, personal automobile
- Willingness to help and work in areas other than grounds, such as maintenance, janitorial, etc
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to travel to other properties in the same region
