Job Summary
Deliver project implementations by providing architecture guidance and designing Case Management solutions using the Cúram platform for clients, integration partners, and project site teams. Execute hands-on application design and development utilizing Java, SQL, XML, and modern UI/UX practices while managing batch, online, and rules workflows. Lead delivery of cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling. Requires 5-8 years of Curam and Java experience, 75% annual travel, and US-based remote work eligibility. Required Qualifications
- At least 5-8 years of experience in applications design/development principles in a hands on computer related role
- 4-8 years of experience with Curam services delivery, including batch, online, rules, workflows, web services
- At least 5-8 years of experience in Java/J2EE/ JEE development, JDBC, SQL, XML, XSL, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with EJB, RSA, UNIX and NT operating systems, Oracle or DB2 databases, Webshpere or Weblogic
- At least 1+ year of experience in modern UI/UX design and user research practices, tools, languages (e.g. React.js, Angular, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
- Knowledge in UML
- Team leadership skills
- Readiness to travel 75% travel annually
- Remote work from within US allowed based on project requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Computer Science degree or Information Technology, engineering related
- Ability to apply data architecture and data government best practices (ideally in a health and human services agency), ETLs, BI platform, data integration, data quality assessments, data migration strategies and load management techniques
- Cloud experience / delivery of applications with AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, and other, Kubernetes/Docker
- DevOps, development/integration tooling SCM, CI/CD and/or Jenkins, Pipelines(Azure or AWS), Ansible/Chef/Puppet, Packer/Terraform, etc
- Experience in delivery of applications on Cloud with AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, and other
- Experience on containers using Kubernetes, Helm charts
- Agile Scrum Master experience
