Curacao Phoenix - Fashion Sales Associate

Curacao is seeking a Fashion Sales Associate to deliver a consultative, customer-centric shopping experience in our Phoenix store. You will guide customers through product and financing options, maintain merchandising and inventory standards, resolve issues with the help of your manager, and participate in store operations. Responsibilities include understanding product knowledge and trends, applying the Art of the Sale to meet each customer’s needs, greeting customers warmly, and taking ownership of tasks to ensure a smooth visit. Strong interpersonal skills, English and Spanish proficiency, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of retail or sales experience are required. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering excellent service and staying current with trends in your department.
