Job Summary
Conduct teaching for DCN 1100 (Art and Digital Cultures) during Fall 2026, including attending lectures in person or online, consulting with individual students, and grading. Proctor exams and manage course materials for a class of approximately 65 students. Work Tuesdays from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm with a total of 35 hours. A background in computer science or information science, along with knowledge of XML, TEI, and XSLT, is an asset. The position is supervised by Connie Crompton and aligns with the Faculty of Arts' Digital Cultures unit.
Required Qualifications
- Computer science or Information science background is an asset
- Knowledge in XML and relevant digital tools, including TEI, XSLT, Oxygen
- Experience in courses with digital tools
