CUOCO/A

Prepare dishes and coordinate the preparation of traditional Calabrian cuisine in the kitchen of a restaurant or hot table. Work autonomously on both lunch and dinner shifts, managing raw material handling and meal preparation independently. Coordinate team efforts while maintaining full autonomy in cooking tasks. Availability is required from Monday to Saturday on split shifts. This role is for an immediate direct insertion into the company, with the level assessed during the interview.
