Job Summary
Lead role in planning and directing comprehensive youth recreational, cultural, and developmental activities; collaborate with Youth Committee and external partners; manage program scheduling, budgeting, volunteer coordination, and vendor relationships; develop and evaluate programs, promote youth participation, and assist with grant reporting and data management; requires strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills, valid WA driver's license, background check, and willingness to participate in training.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree and four-years’ experience in planning, organizing and developing youth recreational activities and events of a more complex nature; or satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience with a minimum of a high school diploma and additional experience.
