Culture & Inclusion Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate logistics for culture and inclusion programs, affinity group events, and professional development workshops, including venue coordination, catering orders, and attendee communications. Serve as a primary point of contact for affinity groups by managing meetings, distributing materials, and tracking attendance metrics. Maintain team calendars, project timelines, and planning documents while supporting invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor management. Draft internal communications, update the D&I High Q site content, and prepare basic reports and dashboards for departmental review. Partner with internal departments including Communications, Legal Recruiting, and Facilities to support program delivery. Work full-time, Monday through Friday, with a hybrid schedule of three days onsite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of professional experience in diversity, equity and inclusion, human resources, recruiting, professional development, employee engagement, higher education, nonprofit administration, or a related field
- Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact professionally with attorneys, firm leadership, professional staff, clients, and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams as well as Zoom, Tableau, and Canva
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive workplace cultures
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
