Job Summary
Coordinate end-to-end logistics and administration for engagement, wellbeing, DEI and capability programs, keeping initiatives on time and on track. Support the Learning Management System, manage learning queries and prepare reporting that drives smarter planning decisions. Provide hands-on support for in-person, virtual and hybrid events, from set-up through to capturing feedback and insights. Track program participation data and translate it into useful insights that help the team understand what is working and where to focus next.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in a team coordination or administration role, ideally within a People & Culture or HR environment.
