Job Summary
Support the implementation of strategic initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and improve employee engagement at Banco Provincial, S.A. Collaborate on designing, developing, and executing programs that foster a positive and productive work environment. Assist in the research and analysis of data related to culture, engagement, and employee experience, including the design and execution of climate surveys and the development of action plans. Contribute to initiatives focused on recognition, well-being, and professional development while communicating internal values through various channels. Participate in organizing corporate events and activities that promote team integration. Investigate best practices in organizational culture and engage with other departments to ensure initiative coherence. Maintain awareness of emerging trends in culture and engagement management.
Required Qualifications
- Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Psicología Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Comunicación Social o campo relacionado
- Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en roles similares
- preferiblemente en el sector financiero
- Conocimiento en metodologías de medición de clima laboral y compromiso (e.g., encuestas, focus groups)
- Habilidad para analizar datos y generar informes claros y concisos
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa y en equipo
- Orientación al detalle y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente
- Dominio intermedio-avanzado de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proactividad, creatividad y una fuerte orientación al servicio
