Job Summary
Senior Culture and Engagement Specialist responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing flagship programs and engagement tools to promote a vibrant workplace culture. Partners with HRBPs and senior leaders to align culture initiatives with business objectives, drives psychological safety and well-being programs, advances DEI, analyzes engagement data, and develops actionable insights and dashboards to measure program impact. Responsibilities include designing flagship programs, leveraging engagement platforms, fostering collaboration and alignment among employees, acting as an advisor to employees, and ensuring transparent communication. Required skills include strong analytical capabilities, data-driven mindset, stakeholder influence, and experience with engagement platforms (e.g., Gallup). Education: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in relevant roles; certifications in Psychological Safety and DEI are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, culture development, or HR program management, including budget and resource management
- Licenses / Certifications: Expertise in Psychological Safety and DEI frameworks is a plus
- Technical / Functional Skills: With previous experience or exposure with Gallup Engagement
Desired Qualifications
