Job Summary
Culture is the surface Function competes on. The Director of Cultural Engagement owns that surface end-to-end: social channels, creator and talent relationships, and influencer programs across both organic and paid. Build and execute an always-on, performance-driven social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Threads, and Facebook. Own talent, creator, and influencer relationships across organic and paid efforts, from partnership identification to ongoing management and measurement. Apply a proactive cultural read to audience actions, define moments worth owning, and develop criteria for success. Lead and develop a team of five across social, talent, and creator partnerships, guiding strategy, performance, and cross-functional alignment. Define metrics that matter across social and creator programs and tie cultural work to business outcomes such as acquisition and brand trust.
