Job Summary
Cultural Capability & Learning Facilitator expected to design and deliver kaupapa Māori–informed learning that strengthens internal and external cultural capability, lead structured learning pathways in TalentLMS, facilitate blended learning (online, hui, workshops, wānanga) for Stroke Aotearoa staff and partners, embed Tiriti-aligned practice into workforce development and service delivery, and support external learning with communities and contributors while aligning with organisational values and Te Tiriti o Waitangi implementation through Te Ara Whakatika. Strong facilitation, relationship-building across Māori and non-Māori contexts, and a commitment to equity and long-term change are central; role involves translating strategy into practical, everyday practice and working with leaders to ensure alignment with priorities.
