Cultural Broker Family Advocate Supervisor

Oversee the daily operations of the Cultural Broker Family Advocate program, including recruiting, training, and supervising advocates who provide culturally competent support to families. Manage case intake, coordinate service delivery, and ensure compliance with state regulations while maintaining accurate documentation. Lead weekly team meetings, conduct performance reviews, and develop professional development plans for staff members. This role is based in the state capital and requires a full-time schedule with occasional weekend coverage. We are seeking a supervisor with at least five years of experience in social services or family advocacy to lead our dedicated team.
