Job Summary
Mix and add nutrients to reservoirs consistently, apply pesticides, and monitor ideal environmental parameters for plant health. Capable of learning pruning and defanning procedures quickly, you will transplant large numbers of plants without damage and cut clones with a 90% survival rate. Perform cultivation facility cleaning and execute irrigation strategies while maintaining basic chemistry knowledge for proper application. This full-time role requires 40 hours over five consecutive days, Sunday through Thursday from 6am to 11pm, with rotation on holidays and weekends. The position demands the ability to lift 80 lbs, climb stairs, and work with minimal supervision once trained. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry 80 lbs at a time, and go up and down stairs multiple times per day, with or without accommodation
- Ability to work on holidays, weekends, and a variety of shifts
- Ability to work Sunday - Thursday 6am- 230pm
- Current badge to work in the cannabis industry in Colorado
- Ability to work as part of a team to ensure the grow functions at the highest level
- Ability to perform monotonous tasks correctly and consistently over long periods without diminishing quality of work
- Self motivated worker who knows what needs to be done and makes it happen with minimal supervision (once fully trained)
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial cultivation
- Ability to retain basic chemistry knowledge required to properly mix and apply nutrients and pesticides
- Basic knowledge of cannabis physiology
