Job Summary
Conduct daily cultivation operations including cloning, transplanting, pruning, trellising, and harvesting cannabis plants. Perform environmental checks, maintain sanitation standards, and accurately update logs and checklists per standard operating procedures. Collaborate with the management team to ensure crop success and a safe workplace while adhering to all company regulations and background requirements. Work extended shifts of up to 10 hours per day, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 55 pounds. Reports to the Cultivation Manager within Ethos Cannabis's vertically integrated operations in Pennsylvania.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Ability to work weekends/holidays
- Ability to perform activities for up to 8 hours a day
- Extended time sitting, walking, bending, and reaching is possible
- Ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds for a distance of 100 feet
- Must pass stringent background test requirements of Pennsylvania
- Ability to perform essential job functions for extended periods (8-10 hours per day)
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 55 pounds over a distance of up to 100 feet
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a commercial cannabis setting
- Certification(s)/education in agricultural, horticultural, or botanical practices
- Education in agriculture, horticulture, or botany
