Job Summary
Cultivation Technician I performs labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing cannabis, including watering, feeding, flushing, pruning, washing, cloning, transplanting, harvesting, and facility maintenance under the supervision of the Cultivation General Manager. Responsibilities include mother plant maintenance, cloning, transplanting, nutrients and pH management, water management, IPM program implementation, pest and disease control, plant transfer from veg to flowering, plant scheduling and organization to optimize yield, cataloguing and maintaining plants and equipment, equipment sanitation, adherence to cultivation policies, and contributing to a clean, organized cultivation facility. Requires on-site work in a cannabis grow facility, ability to adapt to various strains, and a proactive, quality-focused mindset. 90-day temp-to-hire position; candidate must show up on time, follow health guidelines, and collaborate with supervisors and team members. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years or older
- pass a criminal background check
- High school or equivalent
- May require working rotating shifts with varied hours/day, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Previous agricultural/warehouse/manufacturing/laborer experience preferred
