Job Summary
Cultivation Technician role focused on hands-on cannabis plant care and facility upkeep, including topping, bottoming, transplanting, defoliating, pruning, scouting for pests or disease, and maintaining grow media and grow rooms. Responsibilities also cover sanitation, safety/compliance with GMP and state regulations, record-keeping, equipment maintenance, and assisting with harvest preparation and post-harvest tasks. The position requires adherence to safety standards, ability to work in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, and physical capabilities to lift up to 50 pounds and operate at heights with ladders or catwalks. A high school diploma or GED is required; associate degree or certifications are preferred, and candidates must be 21+ with the ability to obtain state badging. The pay range is $18.50-$19 per hour, with compensation based on experience and location.
