Job Summary
Cultivation Tech performs plant maintenance in the vegetation and flowering rooms, monitors plant health, and maintains daily production records. The role follows SOPs and PPE protocols, collaborates to meet production schedules, keeps work areas clean, and uses BioTrack for seed-to-sale tracking. Requires good communication, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, willingness to work weekends/holidays, indoors/outdoors work, and must pass a Federal background check. High school diploma or equivalent is required; greenhouse experience is a plus. Must be 21+ and able to wear PPE; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Greenhouse experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to pass a Federal background check
- Must be willing and able to wear all required PPE
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs., ability to perform tasks sitting, standing, stretching, walking, bending, reaching and perform repetitive motions
- Working longer hours as needed, including weekends and holidays
- Working indoors as well as outdoors during all seasonal temperatures and weather conditions
- At least 21 years of age
