Job Summary
Cultivation Technician responsible for the care of plants across immature, vegetative, and flowering stages, including cloning, pruning, transplanting, watering, feeding, ensuring environmental control, IPM, and labeling/tracking plants with METRC tags. Responsibilities include implementing cultivation practices per SOPs, maintaining plant health through monitoring and data recording, ensuring accurate inventory and plant tagging, performing sanitation and post-harvest setup, applying pesticides safely with PPE, and contributing to production efficiency while maintaining cleanliness and safety in the grow facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately
- Must comply with state regulations and guidelines
- Energetic team player, willing to take direction and learn
- Basic strain and plant structure knowledge
- A combination of the above shall also be good
