Responsible for packaging, labeling, and organizing cannabis products; set up and clean workspaces for different projects; assist with facility upgrades and equipment moves; support various departments in cannabis plant grow processes; follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area; wear PPE and work in a fast-paced environment; ESOP employee-owned company culture; opportunity for professional development and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- pass pre-employment background check
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- stand for long periods
- comfortable working with cannabis products
- experience in cannabis or manufacturing is a plus but not required
- ability to wear PPE to prevent cross-contamination
