Cultivation Lead

Job Summary
Lead the small cultivation team by managing time, providing daily direction, and overseeing operations from seed to store. Execute critical tasks including transplanting, up-potting, plant maintenance, defoliation, new flower set-ups, mulching, and cleaning within a large-scale indoor/outdoor grow facility. Complete projects and report progress to the manager while adhering to all Cannavative safety and compliance policies. This role requires standing for the duration of an 8-12 hour shift, lifting 50lbs, and working in a physically demanding environment. The team supports the Mint's grow operations with full-time, salaried compensation and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.
